Stop right here, right now. Write down the name of the 1^st person who comes to your mind when you think of Love. Don’t peak ahead … Who is it? Who do you Love at the top of your mind level? Then ... who came to mind next ... We'll hold with these two names ...  O.K. now scroll down ... 

Who? Who? Who! Who did you think of first?  Who did you think of next? Your Best Friend? Your spouse? Your child? Your business partner? Your mother? Your father? Your sibling? You??? 

Now ... why do you Love them ... one at a time explain yourself ... explain this complex, wonderful, maddening, incredible, fantastic, dismal, heartening! emotion! Then put that piece of paper down - shut the cover on that journal entry.

Pick it up - pull it out twenty four hours later ... do you agree or disagree? What would you like to add to first thoughts ... first feelings ...?
