Have you heard that expression "feel your feelings" and wondered what they were talking about? Have you had a traumatic or dramatic event occur and felt nothing? Wondered what the fuss was about? Gotten right back to life and moved on ...
Do you have aches, pains that can't be explained or fixed?
Have you ever just turned off to someone ... a friend ... a lover ... and that was it and you didn't really know why or how to bring that Love back?
Here's my favorite ... Deja Vu Love - same relationship/predicament! different face. hmmmmm.

****Journal Time***** Feel your way to the Love you deserve ...
Now with your tools of choice put yourself in a quiet place however you do that - mantra, prayer, deep relaxing breaths, visualize your favorite, cherished hideaway, in the bathtub, sitting on the beach ...
When you are ready start writing down everything you feel ... everything ... here are some ideas ... whatever is most appropriate for you will stand out from the list ... write for 5 minutes as quickly as you can - don't pause to judge, analyze or think!

To perceive through the sense of touch: feel the velvety smoothness of a peach.
To perceive as a physical sensation: feel a sharp pain; feel the cold
v. intr.
To be conscious of a specified kind or quality of physical, mental, or emotional state: felt warm and content; feels strongly about the election
To have compassion or sympathy: I feel for him in his troubles.
n.
Perception by or as if by touch; sensation: a feel of autumn in the air.
The sense of touch: a surface that is rough to the feel.
Overall impression or effect; atmosphere: “gives such disparate pictures... a crazily convincing documentary feel” (Stephen King).
Intuitive awareness or natural ability: has a feel for decorating
If you have time do this exercise more than once. Notice which definition catches your attention the second time or the third. Write your feelings out each time then ...
