sleep before 10:00 p.m.
Our adrenal glands do most of their recharging
between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Whenever you can,
sleep
in till 9:00.
Take it easy.
2. Help
yourself get the sleep you need.
Tune out
the news in the evening. Read a relaxing book,
take a bath - slow yourself down. Supplement
your sleep naturally with 300mg

go to bed.
3. Eat
a great breakfast -
give your body what it needs
first thing in the morning -

4. Eliminate
coffee and caffeinated beverages asap.
Drink 8 glasses
