What feels good to others - noise and lighting levels, the number of people present, colors and odors is exhilerating and can be overwhelming to us. Our challenge is go with our flow vs. try to fit into the "way things are supposed to be."

We need more rest - better nutrition and a balance of silence & stimuli. At our best we rock the world with our intuitive sensitivities, connection to others, high spirits, creativity, expression in the arts ... at our worst we are an exhausted, anxious, overwrought, cranky bundle of nerves ...
