Guidance - Wally Amos - Love Links - Get Ready For Love! Radio

When I meditated on the word GUIDANCE, I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word.
I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right.
The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.

When one person realizes and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music.
One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing lightly in one direction or another.
It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully.
The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from the other.

My eyes drew back to the word GUIDANCE.
When I saw "G," I thought of God, followed by "u" and "i." "
God, "u" and "i" dance."! God, you, and I dance.
This statement is what guidance means to me.

As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get guidance about my life. Once again, I became willing to let God lead.

Relationship Advice? Wally Amos is a fantastic mentor, coach and Love light in this world. I had the pleasure of having lunch with him when I wan in Hawaii. He walked into the restaurant in this huge watermelon hat with an even bigger smile and hug. It was one of those moments that take your breath away. He is an inspiration to me in my dance of life - of Love.

Now my best advice is to hang out with mentors, communities, friends & family - with those who are great at Love and learn from them - Like Jana. That's what I did. Love was my challenge. Relationship after relationship I kept ending up with the same person. Why? Because I was the same person! Finally it hurt enough and I went for help from the pros. Then I started interviewing them, reading their books, filling out their questionnaires i.e. allowing the "best of the best" to coach me. It took time for my heart to soften & for me to learn how to listen and do what I was told. I was/am stubborn and committed to what I know how to do - whether it works or not! Sound familiar?
