You Can

Return A Child

To Their

Childhood …

... and that's just where they belong. What enhances the life of a child? To return to CHILDHOOD!  Our children are faced with adult issues sooner than they should. It’s tough. Can you lend a helping hand? Absolutely! When you RETURN A CHILD TO THEIR CHILDHOOD, they shed their pain, anger and fear. Then they open their minds and hearts to LEARN.  Returning a child to their childhood is our GOAL and our JOY!

8 Ways * 8 Wins

Yachting * Beautifying * Broadcasting * Graduating * Surfing *Quitting * Celebrating * Giving
Difference for a Day

Yachting42 homeless teenagers enjoyed a 2 hour boat cruise on San Diego Bay on a Corporate Yacht Club's World Class Yacht. They had never been on a boat before and they are now learning to snorkel and scuba.  4 teens want careers in Oceanography related fields.

Beautifying
* 17 homeless young women received "new looks" at the Difference for a Day Evening of Total Beauty. 35 women donated their afternoons to give haircuts, makeup and new suits. Gracia Molina de Pick and Denise Brown inspired them to discover their inner beauty and never give up!

Celebrating * 5000 children from the San Diego Coalition for the Homeless celebrated the holidays and received toys last year at the Holiday Party.  Without this party, the children would have not received presents.

Broadcasting * 15 homeless teens just started their own bi-monthly "It's All About the Kids" Internet Radio Show. Check it Out!!! Pass it On!

Graduating * 5 homeless teens graduated from a transitional home, are attending college and are participating in our Difference for a Week program. We provide cellular phones to stay in touch and other services for them while they are in college and earning a 3.0 GPA or better.

Surfing * A 15 year old homeless runaway learned to surf and stay.

Quitting *   She was inspired by the instructors and sponsors.  She has now quit drugs and prostitution, graduated from the Job Corps program and is studying to be a nurse.

Giving * Through our Toys from the Heart Program, over 100 children from Christie's Place received educational toys and books all during the year.

Through the Nicole Brown Charitable Foundation domestic violence shelters in Orange County, 150 children received stuffed animal for Christmas and Easter. Most of the kids arrived with only a small backpack or suitcase. This toy was their first new friend.

All in all, It’s All About The Kids Foundation, enhanced the lives of close to 6,000 children
in the past year alone. We have only just begun! We need your help.

On her birthday,
April 20, 2003,
Angela left the corporate world to follow her heart and devote herself full time to her kids. She started with 1 sponsor, 1 charity and $50. It was scary but she wouldn't give up!
