Feng Shui to the Rescue

Free Feng Shui Tip: When I was introduced to Feng Shui in 1998, I couldn't wait to share it with my friends and family. As I began telling them that they could change their lives by hanging crystals, mirrors and wind chimes, they looked at me as if I had three heads. It's understandable. In the beginning, I was skeptical too.

When my first Feng Shui remedy worked, my skepticism kicked in and swayed me into believing it was just a coincidence. When my second Feng Shui remedy worked, I struggled with the concept of how something so simple could produce such profound results. By the third "granted wish," I was convinced that this stuff really works!

Feng Shui isn't just about crystals, mirrors and wind chimes. It's much deeper than that. The principles are that we are all connected through a Universal energy. Energy cannot be destroyed. You can redirect its movement, expand it or shrink it, but you can't kill it.

Whenever you bring a new object into your home or office, it has energy. It contains the energy of the person who assembled it, boxed it, unboxed it, put it on the shelf in the store where you purchased it. It contains the energy of every person who touched that object before you decided to take it home. It even contains the energy of the cashier who rang it up for you. This is why it is important to perform a cleansing ceremony before using the object as a Feng Shui remedy. This can be as simple as placing the object in the light of the sun or the moon.

Let's say you decide that you are going to add a plant to attract more wealth into your life. You make a special trip to purchase your plant and take great care in its selection. After all, this plant is your Attractor of Wealth, so it needs to be just right.

You find the perfect plant and have now connected with it. Who knows, you might even find yourself talking to it. You take it home and repot it in the perfect container. You nourish it, water it and send it good energy every time you look at it. This is YOUR wealth plant and you want it to grow.

Each time you look at that plant, you are reminded that it is there to increase your wealth. By putting this thought out to the universe, you are attracting it to you. It doesn't matter if it's a big plant or a small one. All that matters is that you connect with it and nourish it. And as silly as it may sound, each time you receive money or anything with monetary value, thank the plant for doing its job. By giving gratitude to the universe for granting your wish, you are keeping the abundance cycle in motion.

The magic of Feng Shui begins the instant you connect with the object. Take a moment right now to look at the things that surround you. Everything in your surroundings should bring you joy and soothe your senses. Invite Feng Shui energy into your space today by eliminating things that no longer serve you.
