Free Relationship Advice: YOUR ATTRACTION QUOTIENT, by Sandra Anne Taylor

First ... About the SCORING

The most common scores for the Attraction Quotient Test fall between 50 and 75%.  Don’t be discouraged, though, if your score is not to your liking.  Instead, use this as an opportunity to become aware of the energy changes you need to make in order to change your results.

Next ... what to do about with YOUR RESULTS

To create a specific focus for positive change, copy ALL of the AQ test statements which you marked as 0, 1, or 2 onto index cards.  Carry these with you and read them often.  These will be intention and affirmation cards that you can use on a daily basis to really create a different momentum in your energy production.

For example, if you answered 0, 1, or 2 to number 14, about making your own goals and happiness a priority, write the reminder: “I am creating my own happiness each day.” If you don’t make your own happiness a priority, you won’t attract someone who will.

Now ... rate your ATTRACTION QUOTIENT!

Rate the following statements with the appropriate numerical values.  BE HONEST!

Never-0

Sometimes-1

Half the time-2

Most of the Time-3

Always-4

_____1.          I sleep comfortably and wake up feeling relaxed and peaceful.

_____2.          I look forward to the future with enthusiasm and optimism.

_____3.          I generally have confidence in myself and my choices.

_____4.          I am willing to try new and different things.

_____5.          I feel comfortable in many different types of social situations.

_____6.          I am generally comfortable with my appearance.

_____7.          I am generally satisfied with my work.

_____8.          I am generally satisfied with my family life.

_____9.          I am generally satisfied with my personal relations.

_____10.      I feel comfortable expressing my needs and feelings to most people.

_____11.      I enjoy being spontaneous.

_____12.      I prioritize my own interests and pursue creative activities.

_____13.      I schedule my time so that I don’t have to rush and hurry too much.

_____14.      I schedule time to spend on myself and on my own goals and happiness.

_____15.      I feel a sense of purpose and direction in my life.

_____16.      I enjoy what I have and appreciate the good things in my life.

_____17.      My eating habits are generally healthy.

_____18.      I exercise or get some healthy muscle movement regularly.

_____19.      I tend to focus on what’s going on now, and I choose to enjoy the present.

_____20.      I am flexible with change and comfortable with the unexpected.

_____21.      I trust my intuition; I listen to my inner voice.

_____22.      I feel comfortable being honest, knowing it is my right.

_____23.      I affirm myself, value myself, and feel good about who I am.

_____24.      I let the little things take care of themselves, and trust that things will turn out okay without my needing to control everything.

_____25.      I interact with others without judging them, and without concern about their judgment of me.

_____% TOTAL

Finally ... When you total the value of each statement, you will arrive at your Attraction Quotient (AQ), the approximate percentage of your time and energy which is happy, peaceful, and therefore most attractive.
